How do i convert a woman's engagement ring size 5 to US conversion?is it the same or different?

US and Phillipines sizing is the same, I believe.

it should be the same but if you need it resized take it to a local jeweler to measure your finger and size it for you . there are many that can do the sizing on the spot it is only like $25

depending on the country you're in, it could be different.  what are you converting it from?  is there any reason she can't go in with you to get it sized to her finger?  have you proposed to her yet?  most engagement rings don't fit exactly until after the proposal, so if you haven't given it to her yet...go ahead.  it's ok!  then after she says yes, go ahead and go together to get it sized.  if you want to keep it a surprise though, a jeweler should have a conversionchart if needed.
