How do i convert an unprotected podcast to play on lg voyager?

When I play the podcast on the phone there is no video . It is in an mpeg4 format downloaded from itunes.

You need to make the video is mp4 format for iPod. If not, you may try some third party software. I recommend Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite to convert DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. You can download this software free from here
