nero 7 or 8 use nero vision comes out pretty good .. or if u have vista you can use windows dvd maker wich is ok for making dvds .. these programs convert and burn all in one progress

I use AVS video editor. It gives you six different formats to burn. The only catch is you have to buy it. You can burn avi,but you have to have a progressive scan dvd player to play it.
