How do i convert files to fit on my psp?

I downloaded files from a torrent (utorrent) and they ended up as .cso files. How do i convert them or something so i can play them on my psp? Thanks for helping =)

  1. All you have to do is download a program called WINRAR for free from the internet and open the game with the program winrar. Simple select the cso. file that will be extracted with winrar and drag onto your psp.
