How do i convert mp3 songs to play in my cd player?

my cd player does not play songs that are in the mp3 format.. i have burned a cd with some songs and they are in the mp3 format.. what format do they have to be in so that i can play them in my cd player and also how do i convert them???

Nero allows you to 'create audio CD' - that should work, I do it all the time

Um...they mostly have to be MP3.
