How do i convert music formats?

I downloaded a few sample songs that are all about a minute in length, but my problem is that only my realplayer can read it, as it is in the realplayer format. I want to put it on my itunes, so I can have all my music in one place. there's no option to convert it into an mp3 format, or if it already is, how do i convert it into a format itunes can read?

Step1. Download, install and then launch Video Download Studio from  http://www.downloadvideos-convert.com/download-videos-music.
