How do i convert my dvd video format into youtube so i can upload it there?

If its on a DVD...

1. Place DVD in Computer

2.open a movie editing program

3.select "convert" and select Flash format

its pretty hard to do.

you'll need a firewire lead 4 to 6 pin

camera with mini dv

dvd recorder with ilink.

transfer dvd to mini dv cam with fw lead.

transfer mini dv to computer using usb 2.0 or fw lead.

export or upload off computer to youtube.
