  1. An iPod will only play Mp3 Format songs, Windows Media Player saves songs as WMV. You will either need to re-burn your CD's through your iTunes, re-download the songs, use a program such as Audacity to convert your songs or Try this one first.

Move all your songs into one folder,

then in iTunes click the file drop down menu up the top,

    The click import folder

select the folder all you music is in

If your lucky iTunes will import all the songs and convert them, doesn't always though, but you should try

  2. As you want to convert Windows Media Music (WMA) to MP3, you can free download this music converter, drag and drop the WMA files to it.

    http://www.wmatomp3-converter.com/wma-mp...

It can convert both protected and unprotected WMA to MP3 and other audio formats including m4a, ac3, aac, wma, wav, ogg, ape. And extract audio track from WMV.
