How do i convert....?

Ok I have a LG Chocolate KG800 and everytime i take a video then upload it onto my computer it goes into a Real Player format and when I try to play it on that it doesn't work, can someone tell me please how can i change the video from Real Player format to something that can be uploaded onto blogs and youtube thanks!

There are many programs out there that convert.  The one I have at home is Internet Video Converter.  Try that.  I don't know the website, but it should be an easy google.  Good luck!
