How do i convert these into feet and metres?

Well it's easy to get them into meters simply divide by 1000 but into feet is harder. one inch=about 2.5 cm. Iwould look up formulas on google.

Converting these measurements is easy.  All you need to do is buy a tape measure and the measurements will be written on the tape measure for you.  You can buy cheap tape measures from B&Q and in my opinion you can't have too many of them.  I have one in the kitchen for downstairs use, one in the car for when I'm out and about and one upstairs.  That way, you've always got one to hand.
