How do i convince my parents to let me go on spring break to panama city beach.?

I am 18 and I need to know the best way to convince my parents to let me go to panama city beach for spring break. Last year my mom let me go but it was with a friend and his mom and we didn't go during spring break, we went during the summer. I need to convince my mom to let me go without a parent and during spring break. Or should I even ask my mom, should i ask my dad?

Ask your dad. They are usually more gullible. And tell them you will call every night and whatever else kind of BS you can feed them to make them think your going to "behave"
