First talk to all the girls/guys to see if they want to have a volleyball team. if there are enough students to start a team then start a petition. if you have enough signatures then bring it to your principle and talk to him about starting one , saying that it is a good sport that builds character, teamwork, and is fun. if you principle agrees to it try to help him/her find a coach. i am pretty sure if you keep a convincing argument then you will have a volleyball team in no time.
