How do i cook tofu?

Question

tomorrow i'm cooking tofu for the first time for a quiche,

do i cook the tofu first and then bake it in the oven, or do I just mix it with all the other ingredients and then just bake it in the quiche to cook it?

You  want to choose a soft tofu and blend it in with the eggs and bake in the oven.

Usually you don't bake tofu in the oven.

I usually boil it and add some side dish to it.

..Tofu is a veggy dish.

tofu is easy, don't worry.  

i'd vote for mixing it all together first...easier, and prob won't make a big difference (considering tofu is even cool uncooked, in salads and such).
