How do i copy CarryItEasy.exefile to open USB device?

I cant open my verbatim usb device and keep getting this error message

    What was the error message?

    Is the usb port ok? Have you tried it in another port?

    Also, try another memory stick, the verbatim one may be faulty.

  2. Are you using the safe to remove hardware tool (no im not).

    because if you dont the port will still be in use, restart your comp
