How do i create a hyperlink to another YA question?

i see that some ppl can quote other ppls' questions using http// ...........................................

in blue colour

how do they do it??

You would first copy the address in the address bar of your browser(using Ctrl-C) or you can right click the question on the summary page and choose "copy shortcut".  You would then do a Ctrl-V to paste the shortcut in your answer.
