How do i create a password reset disk in XP?

Question

if my user account has a password, how can i create a reset disk, just in case i forgot my password to log into the computer>

i know i need like a 3 1/2 floppy disk..

but under which option do i create it..

If you forget, you can log in safe mode under administrator without a password and change other user accounts. That should be a lot easier than having to create a disk and keep it in a safe place.
