  2. You can create a free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://starturl.com/officelive . It has a free online design tool that lets you create webpages without coding. You can embed and put short videos on it - it has 500mb of storage. Currently, MS is giving a free domain name (i.e. yourvideosite.com) for the first year.
