How do i create more of a V shape of my torso?

Ok my friends say I'm not fat and i don't think I'm fat just chubby.

I have like a little curve at the bottom of my body like love handles but they don't hang out like fat. Its just like not a V.

How do i get rid of that and make my body more of a V shape. What workouts.

Also for abs.

  2. Do dead lifts with a wide grip to broaden your shoulders and burn mega calories. Chin ups will develop your lats which contribute to the V shape you're looking for. Incline bench press or push ups with your feet propped up on a chair will develop your upper chest and the front of your shoulders. This will give your shoulders a broad look from the front. Do the exercises every other day.
