How do i create my total drama island character?

my question is how do i create my total drama island character? is there a way i could create him all and not just the head? is there some kind of website that lets me do this? because i have seen pictures of total drama island created characters that are full not just the head. oh and also why doesn't it let me download the wallpaper with my created character???

On the total drama island website, they only let you create a character that only shows his/her head. They don't let you create their whole body. The pictures you have seen of created total drama island characters are fake. People just created them on their computer and posted them on websites. There isn't a website where you can do that (trust me, i've tried all over the internet). It probably won't let you download the wallpaper because your computer won't let it. Try fixing your computer's settings.
