How do i create simple computer animations?

I am looking for a free programe on the internet which i can use to create animations on my computer. Simple animations where i can use, for example a photo of some ones head and create animations of them.

get a trial of Adobe Flash, its so good, you'll want to buy it

There is a Great 3d Annimation application called Blender. You can download it here. http://www.blender.org/download/get-blen...

It is a great Application but is hard to use, look for tutorials on youtube!

You can go on google and search for "Pivot Animation" You can use lines and things, and circles, to make easy animations. Try it out, i have made whole filmes with it! You can also import pictures, and you can put others ones in, on the next frame. You can also choose the frame rate.
