How do i curl my hair? ?

i have thick hair and i want to curl it. i just got it cut so its only about an inch longer than shoulder length. using a medium-barrel curling iron i'm about to curl it any tips? my hair's naturally wavy but i straightened it this morning. i have got2b curlvacious curl iron styler protecting spray. anything else i should use? any curling tips?

wet your hair, put it up in curlers, blowdry it, and spritz hair with hairspray.
