Party and santa hats were Holiday Event rewards in past years and now the only way to get one is to buy them from other players for millions of gp.

The only way/s is to either buy one or get one from a drop party(very rare).

Ha, to get a Party or Santa hat is alot of work. Party hats are in the 20mil - 30 mil range and santa hats are like 13mil. The best thing i can tell u to do is mine alot of coal and addy if u can. Thats the best way to make alot of money to get the things u want. peace

the santa hat is a former christmas drop and you can only get one now from other players or the grand exchange for about 16mil gp.

the santa hat was a hat that was found in a christmas cracker in 2001 and now can only be bought from the grand exchange and other players for about 361mil gp.
