How do i cut music sections out of music i already have?

i have music already stored on my computer... i want to cut sections out of the music i have so i can make ringtones out of them. any help would be appreciated.

However, they cost money. You can get the first one free but then after that it would cost you either $0.99 - $2.99 depending on the content. Your better off getting a plan if you make a lot of ringtones. As far as making custom ringtones there are a couple of different programs, you can use the two sites above or go below if you just want to make them and not upload them to your phone without cables:
