How do i cut out pics without there being a white backround behind it?

i want to put a pic with a different backround behind it how can i cut out the pic so that there isnt a white backround behind it. so it is only the part of the picture i want. someone please help me.

  1. Photoshop has a feature for cropping like that

    scissor tool, I think


  2. mm.. Im guessing you are copying from the net and pasting into Paint??? well if you are then there should be a little square where the white page ends. Drag that to make it the desired size, Just around the picture you just iserted.

  10. i downloaded picasa2 from searching it on google. it allows you do to so much to your pictures.
