How do i dance at teen parties? someone PLZ help me !?

im qoinq to a party next saturday but the thinq is i DONT kno how to dance. I dont know how to grind on ppl .. thats what its called right ? OR freak dancing ? idk. something like that!! but can somebody plz qive me some advice or instructions on how to grind dance?

just dance like how you feel that and why would you even worry about it anyways, i would just not worry because it just comes natural

dont worry about the grinding, u'll catch one once ur there. for normal dancing, just feel the music and move ur body. it doesnt really matter what u look like. what matters is that ur having fun, and people knowing and seeing ur having fun.

Dance really close to your parter and move your body against his and well yea you'll get the flow going..

relaxxx. Just move to the music and chilll. And, as for the grinding, let the girl lead you and you just follow.
