How do i deactivate adobe premiere pro cs3 on my PC?

im going to get a new computer a better one for HD video editing. and for it to run smoothly. and i need to transfer my adobe premiere pro cs3. would i need to just get all the install .dll files, setup and all that, flashdrive them and install it on my new comp? and before that, i remember hearing something about deactivating my software because its a serial number already in use. so do i have to do that before i install it on my new comp? if so, HOW THE h**l DO I DO THAT!!! haha please...any help is welcomed

you can not do that, you need to load it from a cd?

If you uninstall it there is an option to keep your activation. Choose yes to remove the lisence on that pc.
