How do i deal with a bunch of non-ambitious brothers in a family?

You don't.  There is nothing that you can say or do to motivate someone if they have no ambition.  The only thing that you need to do is tolerate their presence, and if you feel the needs, provide some gentle advice about how things might be easier for them.  It is your parents' place to tell them that, such as "get a job, make yourself better" or things like that, not yours.

    The only thing that you need to do is be the best you that you can be.  That's where ambition comes in.  They have to want to better themselves.  Otherwise, just worry about yourself.


  2. There is one thing you should NOT do: do not support their laziness with your money. If they do not have ambitions, it's their life and their decision - as long as they do not try to be like that at your expense.

    If you live together, pay what is your fair share of expenses, and if they cannot come up with their share of money to pay the bills, leave and live on your own.
