Question:

How do i deal with paranoia?

I have been dealing with paranoia for 3 months now. I hate it. I keep thinking someone is out to get me. yes, I know the saying 'just because your paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you". I just need a break from all this. please, no therapy and meds.

anyone who has gone through simular situation, please answer!

    Cognitive Therapy will get you where you need to go.  It teaches skills for retraining your brain; skills that you can use for yourself at home.

    There's actually a one-weekend course that'll give you a good jump start.  The material is based on applied Cognitive Therapy though they don't come right out and say that.  Check out http://www.moretolife.org/courses_more-t... and take a look at the More To Life weekend.


  2. seems to me if it's been impacting your life for months now, you cannot deal with it on your own, or you would have by now...

    you need to see a cognitive behavioral therapist kiddo, like it or not, that is the truth.
