How do i decorate my room?

my room is small.

i cant reach the windows coz its way up

It depends on what you like...you might like a chocolate brown and blue almost turquoise color shceme i think that would look really pretty. You could paint one wall chocolate brown and the rest of the walls blue color so that your room wouldn't be too dark but would still have a punch of brown. this bedding is nice.

or if you want more of a spa feel then replace the brown with white, It will be really soothing and make your room seem bigger. Use a plain white comforter like this...

then add light blue or turquoise throw pillows and accents around the room for a punch of color! candles might add a good effect oh and mirrors! mirrors make rooms seem bigger too!Goodluck!

First up - remember that any room too small should always be painted in white as that will make your room feel so much larger; you can not adjust the room size, but in using lighter colors it will give the appearance of being larger than what it is.   You can use border print fabrics and adhere them to the wall as a border to separate corners, etc.

As for that window.  Check at your local flea market or bedding store for one of those wooden ladder's used on bunk beds.  You can put this to the wall with wood screws into the studs.  Paint it white too, but on the top of the rungs where your feet go when accessing the window, you should put grippy-gritty-tapes.  These tapes will stop you from  climbing up in stockings or socks which would be slippery.
