  1. You can't unless you join the groups again.  After joining again, you can delete your own messages by locating your messages, and individually opening them and clicking Delete right above the message title.  If you are not allowed to rejoin them, you can contact the owners and request that they delete them for you.  If they won't, then contact Yahoo Staff to assist you. Use this Yahoo Groups Help Form: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

  2. the contents anyone contributes to any group does not ever delete when you unsub. if you're finding them in a seach, the archives at least is open to the public. most people never delete their posts before they unsub, and unless you can prove they are being mis-used in some manner or have personal info in those posts, yahoo wont do much about it.

I would simply ask the onwer to please close the archives so they are not public. owners generaly also do not delete unsubbed members from their archives, it could be very time consuming effort. depends on the group however, if the group runs RSS feeds, that could be why the archives are open to begin with.

  3. Try to go to tools first

disable any option that related to the group

and try to delete that message again
