well, i don't quite understand exactly what you're asking because of the way you worded your question, but it seems to me you want to "un-rate" an artist on your yahoo music radio station? if that's what you want to do, then go to that artist's page, and the rating button thing, double click on the rating you already had, and it should reset it to not rated.

Another solution is to just go in and rate that artist all the way down to the lowest rating.
