How do i delete an e-mail address that keeps sending me useless stuff?

its more like a pharmacy company and the name is "RX Insider" under Sender when its sent to me. would you call that an e-mail really?? but anyways, how do i delete them?

I would click on the spam button to block the email address: )hopefully that should solve the problem

at the bottom it says thing like resign or click  here to get rid of e-mail.its way at the bottom.
