How do i delete history from my home page for free?

If you've got the new tabbed browser from INternet Explorer, then at the top right of the page, you'll see a "Tools" button with drop down arrow. Click on the button, and the first option is "Delete Browsing History"

ok... go into tools on the header bar..... choose internet options   then from there you can delete history... cookies and temporary folders.. hope this helps

Click on Tools and then Internet History. Under General click Clear History. This will delete sites visited. If you want your search history cleared on your search bar as well click on Tools and then Internet History. Under Content click on Auto Complete. Click Clear Forms and Clear Passwords. Be sure to click OK at the bottom of both pages.

Go to Tools on the task bar click on delete history.

Go to Internet Options either under "Tools" on your broswer window or the Control Panel.  On the first section of the page for Internet Options is a section that says, for Cookies and History.  Click on the one that says "Clear History" right next to a box that shows how long to keep history for.

the best way to get rid of all the files in your internet explorer(history files)...is....

click on start/all programs/accessories/system tools/disk cleanup...

run disk cleanup.   it will check for all the temporary files(history files) and provide you with the infor on what files it can delete.   so just delete the already ticked one's. and other stuff id you know what u r doing.  but dont worry........even if you delete everything diskcleanup shows u.....it wont harm your computer in anyways.

this is the best way to get rid of those files.

you can also delete it from internet options in tools on top of your internet browser.  there will be a tab saying history in the options.
