How do i delete internet browser history?

i went on this site thinking it was photobucket but it was emobucket and now im scared it will mess my computer up i have depression sometimes and i freak out so um please im despret

Click on Tools  and then Internet Options. Under General click Clear History. Then be sure to clear Auto Complete to delete the page from your search history. Click on Tools and then Internet Options. Under Content choose Auto Complete. Clear Forms and Passwords and then click OK or apply at the bottom.

open Internet Explorer, go to Tools (upper left), Internet Options, under General tab, click Clear History :)

or click on Start, go to Control panel, look for Internet Options, under General tab, click Clear History :)

you can click on history tab the right click the day you want to clear its says expand or  delete just click delete.
