  1. Sorry I am on my work computer, however I believe that if you go to the control panel you can select settings and once that box opens there's a tab near the bottom to clear history.

  2. Go to Tools, Internet Options and Delete Browser History

  3. go to tools then select internet options then just go where it says browsing history and press delete

  4. Depends on the browser.  Here are the browsers I know.

IE 6 and older- Tools, Options, General (tab)

IE 7 - Tools, Delete Browsing History

Firefox - Tools, Clear Private Data

If you are trying to cover really illegal things (like how to kill someone or how to make a bomb) you aren't going to get that off your computer.  Everything that you ever do on a computer is recorded on the hard drive and cannot be deleted.  If you make a bomb and the police get involved, they will find it if you looked it up on your computer.

If you are just simply deleting your browsing history to cover up p**n or something, this is mostly sufficient.

  5. to much pron buddy...hehe...

    just playing! now listen up!

go to the top and try to find a button if u will  that says tools

    1. click on it and look for internet options or or delete browsing history, if it says delete broswsing....click it and press delete all ect...if it says internet options click it and then go to delete browsing history

    google  Evidence Eliminator

    its hardcore

  6. search cookies folder in your computer  and delete all the files from cookies or

tools > internet options > under general tabe click delete

  7. Under the internet Options delete cookies, internet temp files and history. Iwth 7.0 version you can do all these at onece.

It is wise to keep the cache cleaned often. I like to clean everytime I log off my computer. That way, if any viruses downloaded to my temp files, it will prevent them from frum being ran on bootup.

Yes I have good protection but even the best protection is not good enough. You also have to use safe practices.

  8. at the top of the internet page hit the button that is a clock with a green arrow, right click on the site you want to erase and hit delete.

  9. while in internet explorer click on the tools menu and select options.   there should be a browsing history area with the option to delete.  Select that and it should clear it all for you

  10. umm i am using the at&t browser so iono if its the same but it should be similar. you go to tools at the top, internet options, and then on the general tab there should be a "browsing history" you and click on settings, view files, then edit, select all, and file, delete. its kinda confusing i know. and i'm not good at explaining. if under the "browsing history" you have a box that says "delete..." you can click that and delete history or cookies or passwords etc. hope that kinda helps... haha

  11. i don't think you can sorry

has someone been doing something bad on the computer :]

  12. click the X in the corner

  13. hover the mouse over tools/click tools and press delete browsing history

  14. naughty person tsk tsk.

go to history on top of the internet bar and click (show in sidebar) then deleter (right click on (TODAY) and your problems will be gone.

  15. You need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

That is part of the autofill feature that can be turned off in options.

In IE go to internet options/ content/ autocomplete/ settings/ forms.

In Firefox go to options/ privacy/ history/ remember what I enter in forms and the search bar.

You can also delete the entries by double clicking on an empty search box, dropping down to the first item, and then pressing delete for each entry.
