How do i delete internet post that i find when i do a search w/ my internet id from diff sites.?

I've posted several things over the net since i've been online a few years. today i decided to do a search and the st uff that i have posted or sites that i have visited are bringing up my stuff online. All i have to do is type in my internet diff names and stuff comes up. how do i deleted this or these things? These are like in forums mostly, even ebay.

At the top of your screen  click on Tools then click on Browser Options a new box appears  scroll to history and click on Clear URL'S  then OK. That should do it for your
