How do i delete my postings to a yahoogroup when i do not have a yahoo account?

i joined a yahoogroup using e-mail.

i would like to delete several postings that

i made to this group.

how may i delete those postings without

access to the yahoogroups webpages?

i do not have a yahoo account.

to delete your own posts, you have to be able to log onto the group

How could I join a group without getting access to its web features? How do I prevent this from occurring in the future?
