It depends on the digital camera...

MiniDV tape: I don't recommend re-using tapes, but if you have to, use a tape bulk eraser.

Flash memory: Use the camera's "Format card" command in the menu.

Hard drive: Use the camera's "Format drive" command in the menu.

DVD based camcorder: Break the disc with your hands or a couple of vice grips or a hammer (wear protective goggles, the plastic can fly - and is sharp).

jus connect it to the PC. the Memory stick or the USB hub folder will open. There choose the files that u want to delete and jus do simple delete works
