How do i delete my you tube account?

i want to permanetly delete it

On youtube, click "Account," it's in the upper right had corner of the screen.  Near the bottom of the page that opens, there's a heading that says, "Acount" in big black letters.  At the bottom of that list, click "Delete Account."
