How do i delete pictures COMPLETELY off my computer?!?

so that no one can ever see them, ever no matter what. like completely destroy them. I already deleted them, and then out of the recycle bin, but i know theres a way if my computer gets broken people can still see them, help?!?!

There are many free programs out there than can EASILY recover the data that has been deleted via the recycle bin so unless it was deleted a couple years ago then it can still be recovered. PC Tools has a free file recovery software that could bring all of your stuff back up in a matter of minutes. You need what is called a file shredder for your computer. McAfee offers one and there is also a program called CCleaner which can be used to shred your files. Shredding them more is better and a 35x shred makes it IMPOSSIBLE for them to ever be recovered.

The only way "people" can see what you've totally deleted is with a sophisticated hard driver reader tool.  

Most likely only computer geeks have this tool, and the law.

If you fear discovery of having illegal pictures such as teen p**n, then you best smash your hard drive, and if that is so, you'll need to get

for yourself lots of  serious therapy,

and

also some inner conviction to avoid temptatons

like responsible people do everyday in everyway.
