How do i delete pictures from my pc that was sent to me?

Find the pic files first. To do this open Windows Explorer. Do a search on your C: drive and chose the option "file modified today" This will find all files you downloaded today. Select which files you want to delete. Then right click pick delete or just hit your delete key.

Seek for them in My Pics folder and deleate them
