How do i delete what i put in the search bar?

when put something in the yahoo search how do i delete after

Click 'Tools', 'Browser Options', 'Clear Search'.

This will not clear evidence of what websites you have visted, you will have to remove the 'cookies' as well!

On mine,in the toolbar next to the searchbar, there's a  box with a symbol of a pencil, click on that then click on  "Clear search history" That shoud do it!

Clear your browser cache using Internet Explorer/Tools menu

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

go to tools,  delete browsing history, and then delete all, if that doesnt work there should be an option that says delte search history
