  1. Speed and Aggression have to do alot with strenght...muscle...not too much okay. or you will not be as flexible or fast. another thing is actually that fact that they are older(more experienced) and bigger!! you need to stick with your age class as much as possible! and same weight class..specially weigh class...i can almost bet that your older opponents are cutting to a smaller wieght class on purpose just to take advantage of their size. LOL! yeah it sucks eating mat doesnt it?

  2. Is that 91/2 stone or years old.If it's years you have a ways to go yet in terms of muscle coordination and a whole host of other things.Work hard it will come.

Slam your shoulder into his chest hard make him take a step back drop to one knee take one of his legs not both and do a firemans lift toss.

To defeat the sprawl go over his head with your upper body wrap your arms around his waist roll to the side with a rice bail toss.

  3. Plyometrics will help with speed and explosivity. Aggression is a different matter. Having the mind set to perform an attack with ferocity is difficult to attain if you don't already have it. You want control with explosiveness. You don't want to be the tazmanian devil on the mat. That will only get you pinned, knocked out or submitted.

This is how you do it. Make sure you keep your energy high. Wrestling does a good job of training you to the extreme. This is good so that when you're tired you can still perform. But I'm talking about the energy inside of you. Forgive me, I am about to get metaphysical. You have to light a fire in you and then let it burn real hot. So that even when you're tired you are still blasting away.

Keep your composure - never act like your tired even when you feel tired. This helps you in two ways. If you don't act tired you might actually convince yourself that your not tired. The best part is what it does to your opponents mind. He'll be thinking, "I'm exhausted, why isn't he?" It totally screws with their confidence.

Never think you're gonna lose. If you think your gonna lose before you even shoot. then why bother. You defeated yourself before you even started - it's lame but true.

Now here's the trick. It's big! Are you ready? You want to be more aggressive? Then you need to practice. Plain and simple. You want to fight better and grapple better. Than practice the explosivity part. Practice the driving part of your shot till you think you have the aggressive part down and then practice some more. Till you dream it. Till you can shoot on King Kong. Just think of it this way. You want the mind set. Become a beast take on a persona, a lion, a werewolf, the hulk and become that thing. Practice becoming this monster so that you can switch him on when you need him. Then imagine your the hulk shooting on king kong. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE HULK - at least Ang Lee's Hulk. You're the hulk! Now do me a favor and go smash some opponents.
