How do i disable any key answer in my Blackberry 8120.?

Hi, I bought a new blackberry 8120 by t-mobile and also got a blackberry leather cover from Amazon.com. Now the problem is whenevr i get a call and when i try to take my phone out of the cover some something goes wrong and the call gets disconnected .. Do i need to disable any key answer feature, if yes, then How?? Can some one please help me..
