How do i disable pop up blockers in internet options and get rid of toolbars in programs and features?

thanks for your replys people about getting rid off red writing at bottom of screen but i didn`t know how to follow your advice and i was scared i would delete the wrong thing.

click start- click control panel-click add/remove programmes-

click appropriate programme- click delete. as for disabling pop

up blocker, if you have a google toolbar click on pop up blocker to

enable or disable

use the add/remove programs in the control panel to remove the apps and toolbar.
