How do i disable yahoogroups notification to a member that has been banned/removed?

i'm planning to ban/remove a member, will he receive notification from yahoogroups that he has been banned/removed?

If you already have banned/removed that member the notifications should have been turned off automatically. As you didn't mention what notifications you are talking about have look at the following and do the reverse to turn off the notifications:

Usually when a member has been banned or removed from a group, all notifications stop going to him/her.  I did have a case where birthday reminders were still going to a removed member - for some reason that person's birthday remained on the group calendar's events list and she received all calendar reminders.  I noticed this and deleted that and all communications ceased.

Also, your banned/removed member might have joined your group under another username.  You would have to know what the username is in order to remove that one from group.
