How do i dispose of nosy neighbours?

My neighbours are 82 and 75 sisters and will not rest until me and my kids are evicted. They are making my life a misery, complaining about noise, even though i'm making none, threatening us and reporting my kids which are my life and soul. Police say they can do nothing, and I can't live like this, but can't afford to move and why should I? HELP!

It sounds like harassment.

Not to mention voyeurism on their part.

Perhaps you can find out what the local housing bylaws and rules are.  That could get you started.
