I have a long handled dust pan and I either sweep them up in this and put them in the garden or guide them out the door.

If you feel brave enough put a clear glass over the spider and put paper at the bottom so you can lift it up.  Then put it in the garden.

If you can't get them into paper cups, try to get the spiders to walk onto a piece of paper. Then you can tap the paper until the spider falls into the cup. Otherwise, put the spider and paper into a cup or bag. Bring the rescued spider outdoors.

Do not ask for the U.S. Marines or a SWAT team to solve your spider problem.

Put a glass on top of it, and slide something underneath, like a stiff piece of paper.  Then take the trapped spider outside and let it go in the grass or anywhere you can.

I don't like killing spiders!  They eat the bugs I hate.  I swear, we don't have the bug problems that my friends and neighbors do because we let the spiders live!
