  1. different phones may vary . usually you use the flash button to put the first call on hold a dial tone will come and then you dial the # and push the flash button again. also remember unless you have this service on your phone line there is a per call charge and make sure you do not have a 3 way block in place good luck

  2. To put the existing call on hold and make a new call, dial:

    1. RECALL BUTTON

    2. WAIT FOR DIAL TONE

    3. DIAL PHONE NUMBER

    4. WAIT FOR ANSWER

    Then to 3-Way Chat, dial:

    1. RECALL BUTTON

    2. WAIT FOR DIAL TONE

    3.  PRESS 3

To split a 3-Way Chat (put one call on hold), dial:

    1. RECALL BUTTON

    2. WAIT FOR DIAL TONE

    3. PRESS

    2

    To switch between calls, dial:

    1. RECALL BUTTON

    2. WAIT FOR DIAL TONE

    3. PRESS 2

To hang up one call and return to the call on hold, dial:

    1. RECALL BUTTON

    2. WAIT FOR DIAL TONE

    3. PRESS 1

hope this helps. You press the same buttons on any landline phone.
