  2. Try doing a "fake scopion" at first until ur comfortable doing a real one...grab the back of you elbow...it helps and looks the exact same!

  3. what??

  4. Hey there, i have been a cheerleader for about 6 years now and when i first become one i wanted to do a scorpion but it took a while. i had to stretch day and night and i did it one day. first i would lay down on the floor on my side and just kick my legs up and up and hold them every night. then do your splits every night to get flix. then just slowly hold your foot in your hand and lifted. i did it on the floor before i could stand up and do it. i would lay on my belly and pull my legs like i was going to do a scorpion.

if you need anything email me. hollynbilly21807@yahoo.com

  5. On the bottom half of this page are stretches for your back, belly, and splits: http://aescougarcheer.com/Cheer101/exerc...  Once you are able to do a full front split, work on getting into one, leaning your head back and pulling your back leg up to touch it. (If you don't get that, don't worry. There is a link to a picture of it in the splits section.)

    Good luck!

  6. what i do is i get a string, tie it to my foot, and pull.

now i can touch my foot to my head.

also, try wall stretches. make sure your toe is touching the wall, and have someone bring your foot to your head. the reach for your toes.

  7. sorry what do you mean!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. stretch, stretch, oh and stretch!.....you have to be sooooo flexible to be a flier....do left, right and middle splits SEVERAL times every day...if you ever find yourself just sitting around...stretch...do it when reading, while watching tv, even snacking
